Quality management
For VIVAVIS, internal quality management (QM) is an integral part of our corporate culture. Quality issues are of vital importance in our corporate management. Quality management systems (QMS) of all members of VIVAVIS group have been certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Do you have any questions? Mr. Dr. Ralf Thomas (corporate communications, M&A) would be pleased to answer them.
Information security management
Information processing plays a key role in current and future business fields of VIVAVIS and its subsidiaries. All important strategic and operative corporate processes, functions and tasks are substantially supported by mainly linked up IT systems and in part executed in an automated way.
Therefore, availability of IT systems as well as confidentiality and integrity of provided information must be ensured. As supplier for critical infrastructures, VIVAVIS especially considers the security of products and services when designing processes that are subject to ISMS ISO 27001:2017. Since 2013, we have been increasingly expanding the scope of ISMS to the whole group.
Do you have any questions? Mr. Dr. Ralf Thomas (corporate communications, M&A) would be pleased to answer them.

The ENX Association, acting on behalf of VDA, facilitates the widespread acceptance of Information Security Assessments in the automotive industry through TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange). TISAX assessments are conducted by accredited audit providers that periodically demonstrate their qualifications.
The assessment was conducted by the TISAX audit service provider, TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH.

We at VIVAVIS lay great emphasis on health and safety protection at the workplace. Our goal is to reduce health risks sustainably for employees, customers, suppliers and visitors. Hazard and risk analyses are part of our corporate culture and duty of care. We impose necessary measures to ensure occupational safety and proper working conditions, offer health prevention, appoint trained first-aiders, amateur firefighters as well as security officers and verify the success of these measures regularly. In 2015, our occupational health and safety management was approved for the first time and since then meets the requirements stipulated by NFL / ILO-OSH 2001.

The use of natural resources is mainly restricted to
